Customer care Executive Full-time Job

Job Context

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our international sales team. The candidate's primary task will be to close sales via phone and foster positive customer interactions. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in outbound telemarketing, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction;

• Respond to customer inquiries;

• Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same;

• Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems;

• Provide general information;

• Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 year(s)

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Tour Operator, Travel Agent and Overseas Recruitment. 

Language proficiency : Candidates must have to know pure Bangla, English and Arabic

Note: Prefarence will be given to girls who have experience of working in Student consultancy, Grameen Phone and other multinational companies etc.
